Interested in Buying or Selling a House or Condo in Birmingham, Alabama?
I have all the tools on this site you'll need to gather information about the current pulse of the Birmingham housing market. I've even got tips for buyers and sellers who wish to educate themselves a little about the art of marketing real property. You can find information on this site about mortgages, forclosures, 1031 exchanges, inspections, and title insurance to name just a few topics. I am also including the ability to search in any area of Birmingham, Alabama, or the surrounding areas in Shelby County for property currently on the market. So help yourself to this information or call me. If you're ready to jump in and start looking at homes for sale, I have provided access to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS):
When you're ready to jump in and actually take a look at the properties in person, call me to set up an appointment.
New Homes For Sale
Even though construction has slowed during the past year or so, there are still many new homes for sale and new condos for sale throughout the greater Birmingham area. If you're interested in finding a brand new house for sale or brand new condo for sale, I can help you find a home that meets your needs. In fact, with the market apparently "at the bottom" as some analysts have suggested, now may be the most opportune time to buy a new home . Many are saying that the prices will only go up from here.
For Sale By Owner Listings
Let's be honest, marketing real estate is not easy. Most owners who attempt to sell their house or condo themself spend months trying to figure out how to generate more traffic through their property to find a buyer. If your frustration level has reached its peak, I'll be glad to take the baton and use my experience to help you get your house or condo sold. I've got a specific marketing strategy that I'll apply to your property and help you get it sold at the best price the market will allow. If you're a motivated seller, I can help to get more potential buyers to see your property. The truth is that most buyers use an agent and most agents would rather deal with... you guessed it... other agents. If you're now ready to find a realtor to take over the marketing tasks, call me.
Foreclosure/ Bank Owned Property Listings
The unfortunate aspect of an economy coming out of a recession is that the number of foreclosed homes has increased. In Birmingham, just like many other parts of the country, there are now many more home forclosures for sale than in the past decades. How could this potentially benefit you? The answer is obvious, I think - buying opportunities!!! Foreclosed houses and condos should certainly be considered when evaluating the properties available to you. Many of the forclosed homes are in great neighborhoods and school districts. Some require a little work before a new owner can move in, but the value is often hard to beat. If you're interested in viewing Action Real Estate's latest list of foreclosures, call me to set up an appointment.
